I began my journey in healthcare at the young age of 18, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This early experience ignited a lifelong passion for caring for others, particularly seniors. I then pursued further education and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance, complemented by a minor in Gerontology and Social Work.
Over the past two decades, I has held various leadership roles in the healthcare sector, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of care for seniors and their families. Currently, I serve as the Regional Director of Operations for Bluebird Home Care in Green Hills, Tennessee, overseeing all operations in Middle Tennessee. In this position, I works tirelessly to ensure that seniors are treated with dignity and respect, advocating for their needs and rights.
Driven by a belief that seniors should not be seen as merely older individuals but as wise and valuable members of society I am dedicated to helping them live their best lives—whether at home or in assisted living facilities. With a compassionate approach, I strives to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors, assisting them and their families in any way possible to improve their day-to-day experiences.
